Performance Recovery is a low-intensity, all-levels class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster—without pushing your limits.

This session blends mobility, light strength work, and sport-specific joint preparation using tools like TRX, resistance bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells. The focus is on controlled movement, proper mechanics, and building resilience—not intensity or exhaustion.

This is the same style of training athletes use on recovery or light days to prevent injury, support consistent training, and stay in the game longer.
